These terms apply to your use of Naqda. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Service: Naqda lets you buy care packages and mobile credit for recipients in Afghanistan. Naqda is currently in beta, and features, availability and prices may change.

Your responsibilities: provide accurate recipient and contact details and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for checking the phone number before you pay; mobile credit usually cannot be reversed once delivered.

Orders and payment: prices are shown before you pay. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. Delivery times are estimates and may depend on carriers and local partners.

Refunds: if an order cannot be fulfilled, we will refund it or offer a replacement. Contact us promptly about any problem with an order.

Liability: the service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Naqda is not liable for indirect losses or delays caused by events outside our control.

Changes: we may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
