Naqda helps people send care packages and mobile credit to family in Afghanistan. This notice explains how we handle your information.

What we collect: your name, email address and account details; recipient names, phone numbers and delivery details you provide; and order and payment records. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it: to process and deliver orders, send receipts and updates, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing: we share only what is needed with payment processors, mobile carriers, delivery partners and service providers who act on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Security and retention: we use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, and keep information only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.

Your choices: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
